  Welcome to the COGENT Online Fees Portal. This portal provides you a platform for online payment of your college fees. Read carefully instructions given below for your registration and for filling up the required form. Keep the following documents (Soft copy/Scanned copy) and other details, ready with you before sign up and login.

• HSC Marksheet of all attempts (Less than 1 MB in size and in PDF format).
• In case of admission at institute after diploma or ITI:
1. Upload SSC Marksheet of all attempts instead of HSC Marksheet (Scanned copy Less than 1MB in size and in PDF format).
2. Upload HSC equivalent certificate (if applicable,Scanned copy Less than 500KB in size and in PDF format).
3. If admission is based on diploma/ITI then upload all marksheet(s) of diploma/ITI in single pdf file(Scanned copy Less than 1MB in size and in PDF format)..
• School LC i.e. Leaving Certificate and HSC trial certificate of all attempts. (Scanned copy Less than 500KB in size and in PDF format).
• Passport size photo(Less than 50KB in size and in JPG format).
• NOC and Affidavit less than 500KB in size and in PDF format (For whom it is applicable).
• Caste Certificate and Non Creamy Layer Certificate in one PDF file and less than 1 MB. (For whom it is applicable).
• University allotment letter only for 1stsemester students(If your university has allotted).

Registration Steps

• First sign up with your email Id and mobile number.
• After successful sign up, login with your email id and password.
• Fill up the required personal details, institute details, upload the required documents and result details and submit the form.
• After submission of the form, your unique ID will be generated.
• Note down the unique ID and keep it safe with you.
• After this process is over, your form will be verified by your College and you will receive a message and link for online payment of fees on your email Id and mobile number.
• Pay the online fees through the link sent to you.
• If your form is rejected by your college, then you will be notify by email and message.
• Then you will have to fill or edit the form again and make the required changes.
